RE: [FW1] VPN connection through NAT/PAT

I have it working nicely behind a SonicWall but am having a difficult time
getting it to work behind Netopias.

Subject: [FW1] VPN connection through NAT/PAT

I am looking at enabling VPN termination on my firewall. According to what I

have been reading about the VPN client it can "UDP encapsulation of IPSec
traffic to support SecuRemote behind NAT devices". I have some users that
are using the LinkSys or 3Com home gateway devices at home connected to the
Internet. These are basically NAT devices that allow them to share one IP
among many devices on thier home network. Does the CheckPoint VPN client
work with these types of devices? Any gotchas or pitfalls I should watch
for?

Thanks,
Colin
