Download and install the Firewall-1 Gui, run Policy-Editor. Put in anything for username and password, and put it *local for the management station. This will give you a set of sample rules. Also, try using the Firewall Wizard to generate some test rules. You do NOT need a firewall setup to play with the Gui in *local mode.
