RE: [FW1] SecureID + VPN question

To build a client-vpn in this manner-- the ace client does not need to be on each securemote machine.  Each end user would have securemote installed and they would use their pincode+tokencode for the password.  The firewall can be configured either to use radius to the ace server, or you can install the ace client on the firewall allowing the firewall to proxy the authentication to the ace server using the securid protocol.

Subject: [FW1] SecureID + VPN question

Hello all,

Can I use SecureID together with a VPN solution ? I have a VPN-1
Appliance with VPN-tunnels to multiple SonicWalls. I would like the
users behind the Sonicwalls authenticated with SecureID.
I know I could put the Securemote client on the users PC's  and let the
VPN be between the FW-1 and the PC's and then it would work with SecureID.

But I like to know if there is a way to make this to work without the
SecureID client.

Thanks for your help :)
