Expanding on Tim's answer,
you can also select policy->properties->desktop security and look at the bottom and
deselect notify user of improper config.  Be warned that this may impact help desk
as users will no longer be able to provide a reason.
The error to which you refer often occurs because you have selected a group to use
the server, but perhaps a user authenticates that is not a member of the secure
client policy group.
