Um, I just got done resyncing (and testing) a VRRP monitored circuit failover with no problems. The conifg is for a VFM-50 on each Nokia and a separate ESC-U management license. No HA license required. I only thought HA was if you wished to do load balancing on a non-Nokia platform (i.e., HA on Nokia not usable).
