fwui is no longer in use.

Even if you find one, you may run into problems because some parameters set
differently on fwpolicy and fwui during the compilation.

I've run into problems with a policy generated by fwui, but the problem did
not come up when the rules were compiled under fwpolicy. Don't ask me why,
but I  would not recommend it.. (beside the fact it is ugly!). :)
