[FW1] Floodgate Graphical

I have FG1 -- running the latest version on NT 4.0 with the latest greatest 4.1 SP3 of FW1

>From the Firewall itself, or from my desk, I cannot see the traffic on the 
outside NIC.  I can see the traffic from the NIC on the LAN in the GUI viewer, 
but nothing on the Internet side.

Any ideas?  This was working at one time.
