Juan -- Thanks but that I already knew. What I am looking to find out is, how others in the real world have tweaked their firewalls for memory usage or if they haven't and the entire worlds population of firewalls are all running on the default of 3MB each. We adjusted ours yesterday to 16 MB. But I still think that number should be higher, personally. So I am looking for actual info from other users. Thanks. I was surfing through the CP KB and found a couple of articles that talk about performance tuning. It says that the default memory usage for FW1 is 3MB. When looking at our NT firewall to see what it is set at, the registry key that it talks about is not available. I assume that this means that we are using the default memory. Can someone confirm this for me and also I am curious what memory levels everyone is using on their firewalls. This server has 256MB and the setting the CP recommends is 16 MB. Seems like if it is that low that we have over spent on this server. Any practical experience anyone can offer me on this? Thanks much.
