[FW1] Domains not supported

I am trying to setup access for a specific group of users to a specific
domain using the http protocol.  I created a rule   group --> domain -->
http --> accept.  When users in this group attempt to access this domain the
following is logged "reason Access denied to resource: domains not supported
resource http:".  I have a similar rule set for ftp access to a site and it
works fine.  Any assistance would be appreciated.
