Why not putting a Time Object Restriction on the policy editor?

if you are using a unix of some sort then use crontab, on NT you can use the
"at.exe" command which is similar to crontab.  Personally I would stray away
from something of this nature, b/c it would be a root crontab which has many
other security implications.
