[FW1] the smtp resource problem

     Hi all,
     I have some problem about using smtp resource in firewall rulebase
with Lotus Domino mail and trend micro viruswall. I have restrict access in
lotus that permit who can send or receive mail with outsider. If mail come
from
outside to nobody or anybody who have no permission to receive that mail
was rejected and sender would not receive notify mail. And it showed in
firewall
log "error 554 rejected for policy reason"
     My environment for incoming mail is using smtp resource to send mail
to scan at trendmicro interscan viruswall as CVP server and then send back
to
Lotus server. But outgoing mail was sent out transparent without scan
virus.
     I talk to lotus person told me this error was not come from lotus
because
lotus was not know this error code. And told me about rejected mail process
when
using restriction access. When the mail came in and was rejected lotus will
terminate the session and send signal back to sender that the mail was
rejected.
It did not receive mail and send notify mail by itself. So I talk to
trendmicro
person who told me try to use only firewall resource by do not send mail to
scan
at trendmicro by set property in smtp resource in action2 tab at CVP server
area to none. It still not have notify mail. So they told me this error was
not come
from trendmicro and recommend me to talk with Checkpoint person.
     Are there anybody used to solve the case? or anybody can recommend
me to find the way to solve this ploblem please.
