[FW1] Proxy Redirection

I have a proxy server in place on my LAN and I'm about to set up a rule on
my FW1 box that only allows the proxy server out for HTTP. Is there some way
that I can redirect all other clients to a page that says "You're not
configured" rather than just dropping the packet?
