hi chris,
here is whre to get this active x client:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/recommended/TSAC/default.asp
you need the web package.
there is also a discription for this client...
iis must be running on the terminal server. install it and go to
http://servername/tsweb
also port 3389 for rdp must be open
