[FW1] MEP Load balance for SR

Hi,
Just like to share some info and at the same time get
some comments from you all :-)
Under the MEP config, the SecuRemote client would use
RDP to see which gateway responds first. Wouldn't this
be sort of a load balance ?? (Assuming that the route
to both gateways have approx same latency)
And the more heavyly one gateway is loaded, it would
be likely to be slower in the response an thus the
other gateways would be chosen instead?
Does this make any sense??
