That points me to an issue which we have: Firewall-1 shows a list of
detected IPs but sometimes they appears twice, e.g.: 172.18.3.4 and
4.3.18.172, which looks like a reverse lookup. I haven't take a look at
Phoneboy and other related sites, so don't answer if i can find information
about this issue there.

firewall1 counts the source-ip-addresses from all interfaces except the
external one (external.if).

if you have a license for 100 IPs and the firewalls detects more than 100
IPs it generates this message.

if you really have more than 100 IPs you should upgrade you license, if
you - for example - changed you internal IP-adresses you can erase
$FWDIR/database/fwd.h and $FWDIR/database/fwd.hosts and restart fw1
