Jim,

* You can't upgrade to v.41 using a Service Pack, if
that's what you are trying to do.

* You need to be at 4.0 SP3 (if I recall correctly)
before upgrading to v.41

* Use the InstallU program on the v4.1 CD to upgrade,
do not use the "pkgadd" option.
