Re: [FW1] Nokia vs. NT
Hi peter,
One thing to consider about Firewall-1 on the Nokia platform is that
sometimes due to this delay, bug fixes are added to the service packs that
some other operating systems will not have, these bugs are usually
discovered in the porting process etc. I do agree with you that it would be
nice to be faster, but essentially, most people should not be in a rush to
attach the latest upgrade to a system, unless of course it fixes an
essential useability problem for you. As with all software, its best to wait
and watch the risk takers find the bugs, then apply it at you're site when
its safe :)
