Yup, I had one of those. After moving to 4.1 , The expiration date was set to "never" again ( so to speak) Andy David J. Actually, there is a license renewal in terms of support. In terms of the firewall license itself, there is no need for renewal as the license that you have (if non-eval) is a permanent license. If you do a fw printlic, it should say list under Expiration as "Never". Hope this helps. I think there is an annual renewal of the licence :-( I suggest you contact your CKP FW-1 reseller and find out. The last time I had this error was when the management did not renew the licence. You might like to check it out. They do expire.
