[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] RE: [FW1] Secure Client vs SecuRemote
Andre, We just recently changed from SecuRemote to Secure Client. Yes, we did have to pay for a license. However, we can now push security policies down to the user's desktop and require that the policy is confirmed before they are allowed in. We prefer this security and felt the cost of the license was justified. SecureClient can be effectively disabled by the user removing a checkbox ... and you have to pay for it. --gill On Thu, 8 Feb 2001, Andre DDAdmin wrote: > Hi, > Could anyone give me info on what would be the best to use if you > want internet users to connect to your company LAN ? > > Thanks > > Andre' > -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --gill | Tatu Ylonen, SSH 1.2.12 README: "Beware that the most effective | way for someone to decrypt your data may be with a rubber hose." ================================================================================ To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================================================ ================================================================================ To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================================================
