[FW1] SMTP Security server with CVP server issue

Hi all,
We have Checkpoint v4.1-SP2 running on NokiaIP440 module, Norton Anti-virus
for Firewalls on NT platform as CVP server. SMTP security server accepts
incoming mails after virus scanning by CVP server with "Info" column on the
log viewer showing as "Content security server has approved the requested
resource:Error processing file". This is due to a configuration setting on
CVP server "TreatErrorAsRefused=FALSE". Everyday, we receive almost 50 mails
with log viewer showing "Error processing file" . Could we accept these kind
of mails? Is it usual ? We don't like to reject these mails by making
"TreatErrorAsRefused=TRUE", because most of the mails are business related.
Could anyone of you suggest any fix for this problem?
