If you go with a Sun platform, and you outgrow it (need a bigger box), you could re-use the Sun box internally.  If you originally start with an Ultra 5, you can replace it with a 220R, Netra, whatever -- and re-use the Ultra 5 as a desktop machine, or whatever.  Can you re-use a Nokia 440 internally?  Maybe if you have branch offices, but most likely they will already have a Nokia.

Does Nokia offer a trade-up program?  What percentage of your original investment do they credit?
