inherited a couple of Nokia 440's from a former partner. I've never used
Nokias, so I have a basic question that is probably in the document (that I
didn't receive).
I want
to review the previous config before I start my own work - I have a lot of
respect for the engineer at the former partner. So I log into the console,
go to $FWDIR/conf and edit the gui-clients file. I add the IP address of a
workstation. On that workstation, I loaded the GUI client software.
However, I can't login to the management using the provided user/pass and I get
a response "can't connect to server". I can however get to the Voyager
interface. Am I missing something simple?
Side
question - does anyone want to recommend a support vendor, or should I go
directly with Nokia?
