Hi we have two mail domains. Emails can be sent and received from both the domains. However, the problem is we can scan email for viruses from the first domain only, the mail from second domains piles up in the spool directory. We are using Esafe's enterprise gateway configured as CVP server. eSafe says it is Checkpoint issue and Checkpoint says it is eSafe issue. Any suggestions to fix the problem will be appreciated.
