Have you activated the "Account" in the Ruleset Track option?

example for http traffic intra->internet:

lan - negate(all_connected_nets) - http  - accept - *Account* - firewall -
any - allow internal net to connect to all non_local_net over http

then use
fw logexport -i fw.alog -n -o /somewhere/exportlog.alog    (this is the
accounting logfile, which will be only filled up if you are using the track
option "Account" for the rules.
