Mike: How do you have the policies defined on your FWs?. Using the FW Gui client pull up your policy editor. Under the "Track" column is the value set to "Long (or Short)"? You need to change this value to "Account and you should then be able to see the information that you need. Be careful with this as depending on how much you log on daily basis and how many rules you set to gather accounting information your logs could blow up by a factor of 4 or 5 or more. (i.e. 70-100MB/day could explode to over 300MB easily). Hope that this helps. I noticed, that with Webtrends Enterprise, I can build logs that tell me how long each person/object used the Internet for, but with the Webtrends for FW Suite, I can only get the amount of data transfered, but not how much time each object used the Internet for (which is what I want). Using the Webtrends Enterprise Suite, I can read my Bordermanager proxy files, and get the data I need, but not the FW-1 files. With the Webtrends for FW's Suite, I can read both the FW-1 and the BM files, but can't get hour usage totals. Has anyone any idea how I can get this info using the FW Suite from the FW-1 logs ? (Using the FW Suite software). Any ideas gratefully accepted.
