[FW1] Removing objects using a command line ??

Using fw-1 3.0b on a Sun Solaris 2.6 system, is there a shell command that
will remove a workstation object from the database? I'm looking for
something like

"fw remove_object object <rulebase|whatever>"

where an object would be removed from the list of objects and all the rules
and groups in which it occurs and the whole mess updated on the fly. And I'd
like to use it in a shell script. The object is to avoid having to manually
remove thousands of objects during our periodic housecleaning. I'd rather
feed a list of object names to a script and walk away to do other things.

Is this sort of thing available?

Thanks...
