Ralph, If you are running the GUI on SOlaris, you have to make sure you have the "motif" enabled license. If you're running the GUI on NT, make sure that you are using the latest version of the GUI (which corresponds to your FW version.) There was an NT version included on the CP2000 CDROM that was an alpha-release. I made the mistake of installing that version, and it gave me the same errors you're getting. Hope this helps...
