Very very very bad idea.

Use stand-alone systems in the DMZ, or when you get hacked all trusted
machines fall at the same time.

If you need extranet access - look at SecureClient and encryption domains.

Also consider that a PDC in the DMZ - you'll need WINS open to allow the
name registrations to work, all internal users will need access for password
changes, etc, etc, etc

We have 3 network zone (Extranet , DMZ and Public) and setup one PDC in DMZ.
witch port and rule must be add for RPC and synchronize BDC in public zone
and DMZ?
