[FW1] VPN and NAT

I'm troubleshooting a VPN connection and need your assistance. Mind you,
the VPN works just fine, but I'm encountering an application specific
problem.

Here's my setup:

My server -> Checkpoint4.1 -> Internet <- Alcatel VPN <- Raptor Firewall <-
Remote server

Checkpoint is not NAT'ing (my server has a public ip). The Remote server
has a virtual ip of x.x.x.2, defined by it's Raptor Firewall which has an
external address of x.x.x.1.

The application running on My server targets the Remote server by it's
virtual ip (x.x.x.2) which it can access just fine. Problem is, my
application knows of only the virtual ip. When traffic leaves the Remote
server and out the Raptor, it is then known only as x.x.x.1.

Is there a way in Checkpoint I can get traffic coming from x.x.x.1 to
translate into x.x.x.2 so my application can recognize it.

Thanks
