This is basically how Raptor does NAT. The differece is that Raptor is an application Proxy so it just redirects the request to the other server. It means that you can have one IP serve multiple servers as well by redirecting HTTP to one server and SMTP to another for example. To do this on Checkpoint will just need to do NAT. I would be careful though if you have not done this before as a load of issues arise with regards to the why Checkpoint NAT's and Anti-Spoofing.
