Ian, Floodgate can be runned on the same server as the firewall or on it's own server. The FW console administers it. I'm a reseller and I have sold a few FG-1 to customers. The package has saved all of them a great deal of money in terms of Bandwidth (i.e.: no need to increase it really). The GUI is the FW console so if you're familiar with that, you'll feel right at home.
