I think your gonna need to setup your own server. I added them, but app sharing still doesn't work. I have not used NetMeeting before, but I think I either have to use an existing directory service to get more than a one-to-one meeting going or set up my own directory server for everyone to dial into. The problem is, we tried one directory service and there are tons of "meetings" on there and we really don't want to host our company meeting there. Does anyone know of a decent directory service we could use or where I can find information on setting up our own directory server? I can get in and get video and sound, but no chat, share, whiteboard or file transfer options. Could this be a configuration problem on the firewall? I have the rules set up using the standard NetMeeting group that FW1 comes with to and from that machine.
