Yes, your issue probably has to do with support for multicast protocols on the Cisco products. Some Cisco products support it and others do not. Some also require special configurations. If you can tell be which Cicso switch is on the inside and what router is on the outside, I can help. Also, is the router directly connected to the firewall on the outside or is there a hub/switch there also? We have two sun ultra 10 servers running Solaris 7 with checkpoint FW-1 4.1 with sp2. Traffic works as it should through each firewall before I installed Stonebeat Fullcluster 2.0 with sp1. We have a cisco catalyst switch on the inside and a cisco router on the outside. Stonebeat seems to be working on the inside, but once I put Fullcluster on the firewalls, I could not ping my default cisco router. The end result is that I cannot put any traffic through the cluster. Does anyone have any ideas? thanks in advance, John Heindl IT Specialist AT&T Global Network Services, Canada TEL:FAX:EMAIL: [email protected] ============================================================================ ==== To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ============================================================================ ==== ================================================================================ To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================================================
