You need to statically define the multicast mac across any assigned ports and trunk links in order for the multicast datagram to reach all systems in the fullcluster configuration. You must also statically define the multicast mac to unicast IP mapping on the router (in config): arp <ip> <mac> arpa This should enable your cisco router to communicate with the cluster.
