If your using NT add an arp entry in your local.arp file if Solaris just add an arp entry using the mac address of your external nic, and the IP address that you want to use to hide your internal address behind. In your policy editory, in the network object of your internal network, under the nat tab, put hide nat and enter the IP address you chose. Hope this helps.
