[FW1] Happy New Year / User Authentication Reminder

Everyone,

When I came into the office this morning several rules were not working. It
turns out that the default expiration date for users is dec-31-2000. The
setting is accessed from the Users, username, user properties, general tab.

The log viewer displayed "reason user time/date limitations resource" in the
info column. The web browser displayed "user limitations". The telnet
security server displayed something about the user account expiring.
