Fast mode is not very secure in the first place....

However with Flows in IPSO 3.3 , it almost resembles FastMode, though more
secure.
Apparently Nokia has moved the state tables closer to the NIC drivers (in
the kernel) giving it some pretty impressive throughput without implementing
FastMode.

I think the flows thing is hardware specific, so doubtful if CP can do the
same thing without resticting the hardware list.
