[FW1] rule before stealth rule

Hi,

I am thinking of adding a client authentication rule (for internal users to
access the internet using http) before my stealth rule. I am very concerned
with this will also open some security holes. Would you please address if
there is any security concerns that I should be careful with? Should I
enable data encryption as well?
