>From the phrasing of your question it isn't clear. (The 64 real IP NATed) You need to get as much as the total number of IPs behind the firewall, that is all interfaces except the one pointed toward the internet. In your case it looks like you are actually using 64 Addresses in the 10.X range and 8 in the 192.X range. If you have more that are not NATed you will need to count them as well. This would imply a 100 IP license. If you were to have say, 100 additional 10.X addresses that didn't use the real IPs NAT you would need a 250 IP license and so on. (100,250,unlimited) If you need more clarification, just ask.
