[FW1] META/DHCP

I have installed Checkpoints Meta/DHCP onto a PC that in on my LAN.  

I turned on the logs and found events such as those that follow. 
HOW am I seeing these IP Numbers?  None of these are on my network.
I am running the private IP subnets such as 192.168 and 172.16....
These are all public IP addresses.  Any Ideas?  Thanks.
