Where can I find SSH server for NT?  I understand that there is SSH client
for NT, SSH server for *IX.  Your guidance is appreciated.

There are a couple of versions for NT that work just fine for this purpose.

There are a number of servers in the DMZ.  In order to manage these servers
remotely, we installed VNC server on them.

We are concerned that user ids and passwords would be exposed when logging
onto these VNC servers.

Is there a way to encrypt or protect the user ids and passwords?
