Greetings to all,

I'm very sorry if I offended anyone with my comments below. I had no
intentions of
offending anyone, and by no means do I take our customers for granted. I
signed up
for this mailing list not knowing how many emails I would be receiving on an
hourly
basis. My own fault, I have turned my filters on and look forward to making
amends.

Regards,
Sean
