[FW1] Adapting rules from 4.0 to 4.1

Hello all,


is the way to copy/paste rules between the 4.0 and an
other 4.1 fw1, the same as between a 4.0 and an other
4.0 ?

Before making the tests, i'd like to have some
information to restrict them to a simple validation.
