When pinging an external NAT address you will normally receive one or two responses and then nothing when you ping from an internal box. If you are pinging from an external box you may have another issue with something else trying to answer up for that address. This is normally found in devices using a gratuitous proxy ARP. -----Original Message----- From: Aaron Wrasman [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, November 28, 2000 12:36 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [FW1] Nokia and NAT On Mon, Nov 27, 2000 at 06:25:17PM -0600, WITHERS, KIM L (SWBT) wrote: > > > > Is there a problem with Nokias and using NAT, It was working for a little > while and now it does not work?
