You'll be a much happier person if you do NOT do this. To do this properly, your firewall will have to participate in dynamic routing, in reality, BGP. You don't want that, not at all. You're bringing in a second carrier? Great! Put both routers on the same LAN, and let them exchange routing info, and let them decide which carrier is best for each type of traffic.
