Tim, Without any specifics around the problem, it appears that you have a routing issue. I can only assume(ack!) that you have a 'normal' Internet connection from your office, as well as this T1 connection for 'maintanence' only. If this is the case, then you need to verify that all of your static routes are proper. Make sure that your not relying on dynamic routes and also check any/all default routes are pointed in the best direction. Robert - - Robert P.
