> From the symptom you described, I believe that your client was infected by a 
new virus/trojan horse called "Navidad".  You can check out more detailed 
information from www.nai.com or www.antivirus.com and other places.  This 
virus is not very destructive.  You can download the fix from any good 
antivirus manufacture.
