[FW1] RE Cloning Hard drives

Just use dd

     dd if=<source disk device file> of=<destination disk device file> bs=1024k

I use this to clone disks all the time.
I have 2 disks in my firewall and run the above command from a batch file on a
weekly basis.
When I lost my root disk a few months ago, I just changed rebooted onto the new
disk....

Note: the size of the destination disk has to be >= the size of the source disk
man pages should tell you all about it.
