If the drive geometries are identical, then you can use dd to do this.
dd if=/dev/dsk/...(orig drive)... of=/dev/dsk/...(new drive)...
Just figure out what your devices are, and you're set.
Otherwise, you'll be doing lots of find's with cpio's and |'s...
