Its been my experience that the users.C file gets overwritetn when updating
the site information. The users.C on the firewall is typically the source
of the content of the users.C file on the secure remote pc.
Hope this helps

Subject: [FW1] Securemote - modifying users.c
Hello all,
We are trying to configure Securemote and Firewall-1 4.1 sp2 using IKE
The topology is as follows:
PC with Securemote - Cisco router (static NAT) - (ISDN) - VPN Fw-1 - Local
network
We have read "SecuRemote Client and NAT FAQ" in phoneboy.com, and "Version
4.1 SP2 Release Notes".
We made the necessary changes, but it does not work.
Anyway, there is a strange behaviour. When we add the atribute
"force_udp_encapsulation (true) to activate forced mode
in "users.c", this attribute disappears!! We add it again, and it
disappears
again!
Any idea? All the suggestions will be helpful.
Thanks in advance,
Estela.
